What you need to register

  1. Decide on your events and merchandise. Note some events overlap others - Please check.
  2. NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS for each person you are registering. If your guest does not have an email address leave that field blank.
  3. To pay by credit card without using PayPal, click the credit card button at the bottom. Screenshot
  4. Badges can be picked up starting 3:30 pm Friday, February 25.
  • ALL ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER, NO EXCEPTIONS
  • We expect to sell out completely in advance.
  • No tickets will be available at the door.
  • There are no refunds.
  • If you purchase a registration and are unable to attend, please let the registration chair know and we will donate your ticket to the scholarship fund.
  • At full capacity, the Hilton Garden Inn ballroom safely holds 425 people. If we are required to social distance, seating capacity will be reduced to 250. In this unfortunate situation, the first 250 registrations will be accepted and full refunds made for any registrations in excess of 250. If the event is entirely cancelled, full refunds will be issued.
